I had never seen anything like this in my area. This guy jumped out of the bushes to start jogging down the gauge. I then turned around to see a couple of boys building a debris pile about !00 ft down the tracks. iI hollered at them and to my surprise they took off all the garbage that they were placing on the tracks. Sheesh! |
